How to train with your body through perimenopause and beyond.
This guide is educational and not medical advice. Everybody is different—please check with your doctor or a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, particularly if you have health conditions or are navigating menopause.
Strength is your ally
Strength training supports bone density, mood, sleep and body composition—all areas menopause can affect. It's arguably the most valuable exercise in this season.
Add restorative movement
Walking, yoga and good sleep hygiene help manage stress and energy. Listen to your body on lower-energy days.
Be patient and kind
Progress may feel less linear than it once did. That is normal. Consistency, protein and rest still win.
